Are you accepting orders?
Yes, we are currently accepting orders and able to produce most of our product line. Our local, as well as national footprint, allows us to route orders appropriately to open facilities.
Are you offering Order Pick Up?
We are now offering a new Order Pickup option, using updated procedures for proper social distancing to ensure the health and safety of both our employees and our customers. Please contact our Support Team to make sure Order Pickup is available for your printed product. If yes, you will receive an email outlining the specific procedures when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I expect my order to arrive on time?
We are continuing to return production to our normal turnaround times, and are making adjustments each day so that our completion estimates are as accurate as possible. Due to enhanced safety procedures adopted to ensure a safe work environment for our employees, certain products may continue to require one to two days more to complete than we offered previously. In rare cases, we may reroute your order to another facility, but we will make every effort to expedite production, so it can be produced within the turnaround times you have selected.
Are you offering Next Day or Same Day Turnarounds?
Please contact us if you have an urgent order deadline. Same Day Production may be available on certain products, along with Order Pickup or Overnight Shipping.

Will there be any shipping delays?
Effective March 24, 2020, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for all U.S. origin shipments. You will still receive your order, but it’s not guaranteed to be delivered within the shipping time frame according to the selected service (Ground / Air). For more information, please visit the UPS website.
RE: OFFICE LOCATION
Our office is limited to the public, with only contactless order pickup in the lobby. All meetings are held remotely or through phone call. If you’re interested in our showroom or product samples, please contact us and we can accommodate your needs.
