Easter Mailing

As many parishioners are staying safe at home and attending virtual live-streamed masses from your parish, reach out to them and let them know you’re with them during the upcoming Easter season. Mail an Easter letter, along with a custom card or Easter offering envelope. In the past years, this mailing solution had become really effective for both Christmas and Easter, helping boost holiday donations.

Easter Booklets

We know that the Paschal Triduum can be confusing. We have a great solution to help! Encourage your parishioners to actively participate with our custom Order of Worship booklets. In your booklets, include your liturgy music and text, comments, as well as mass schedule, online giving or a “Message from the Pastor.” You may add local business advertisements at the end to help cover part of the printing expense.

Holy Week Schedule Outdoor Banners

Inform your parishioners about your Holy Week Schedule. Having a large banner placed outside your church will get almost everyone’s attention! In addition, our team has prepared a few templates to make this process easy for your parish. Add an eye-catching photo on the side of the banner, as well as your parish logo.

Holy Week Schedule Foamcore Signs

As your parishioners enter the church, inform them about any announcements, restrictions, or mass schedules. Our foamcore signs have been a pretty popular product for many local parishes. It’s a great, cost-effective solution to get your message out to those entering your church.

A-Frame Signs

As your parishioners are walking in, inform them about where your entrance/exits are, where to form a line, or display a custom announcement. Buy it once and just swap out a coroplast sign in a few seconds. It’s easily replaceable! These A-Frame Signs will not only be helpful right now, during this pandemic, but in the near future to promote and display important parish events.

Floor Graphics

Make sure your parish is well prepared for Easter, ensuring your parishioners maintain a safe distance during communion or when entering/exiting. Our floor graphics are printed on ultra-tough polyester that is anti-slip certified. We have two different types of floor vinyls: 1) for most smooth and carpet surfaces, 2) for outdoor and/or rough surfaces.

QR Code Stickers

Our QR Code Stickers have gotten pretty popular throughout the past few months in many large parishes. Square stickers, with a custom generated QR code, are placed in front of each seat / pew. They are a great idea for parishes trying to encourage online donations. In addition, these QR Code stickers work great to point to an electronic version of the latest Order of Service.

Pew Stickers

Our Pew Stickers help in safely seating each person in their pews. With COVID-19 restrictions, marking pew seats had become necessary per the archdiocese reopening requirements. To help meet those requirements, we have created thousands of vibrant red Pew Stickers, having them in-stock. We also have a customized option with your parish logo, color, and custom text.

Share your Triduum schedule, add an Easter Message from the Pastor, and encourage online or by mail giving. With our mailing services, we can include a remittance envelope that is already addressed to your parish. Simply download your parishioner’s name and address from your church database and we will print your custom letter/envelope, insert, seal and mail with USPS. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and cash. Once your invoice is issued, please follow the instructions specified in the email. You can submit your online payment via our secure client portal. A secure link will be included in the invoice email. To ensure fast and safe delivery, we have chosen both UPS and FedEx to be our dedicated shipping carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is completed and shipped.

Great question! If you are a Archdiocese of Chiago parish, please provide us with a valid tax exempt document and, once verified, your invoice will be issued without sales tax.

Throughout the past years, we have become a “go to” design and printing company for many local parishes and schools. Our team cares about getting to know you and your parish. Quite often, we visit our returning customers for mass or other services and check up on how they’re doing. We’re all about building a great and lasting relationship with our parishes.

We strive to get your order completed quickly. Production time varies depending on your product, however, most orders are shipped within 1-4 Business Days. For our in-stock items, all orders will be shipped same-day.

We strive to have good great quality products for our customers. The Pew Stickers are easily removable, however, we don’t always recommend to reposition and reuse them. Depending on your pew surface and paint/finishing condition, we urge you to check how our stickers react to your pews before applying all of them. For delicate and older pews, we recommend that you inform us, as we have a special, easily removable custom sticker option. We always try to make it right, so please contact us if you have any issues.

We recommend printing the following booklet sizes: 8.5″ x 5.5″ or 8.5″ x 7″. We have a variety of paper stocks available and we’ll do our best to fit within your budget and deliver a great final product.
